Program Lead, International Growth Agency (German)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in customer-facing sales or consulting roles.
  • Experience using thought leadership to apply data-driven models that have had a tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets.
  • Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients.
  • Ability to communicate in German fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in German.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, media account management, consulting, international marketing, or related field.
  • Experience building an international business, including developing and executing international expansion plans and working in multiple countries and cultures.
  • Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients.
  • Experience working with digital advertising in a client-facing role (e.g., sales, advertising agencies, account management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the EMEA and global agency ecosystem.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Work on an international team helping Google's Google Customer Solutions (GCS) DACH agency partners accelerate their clients' investments in global markets. Understand how to enable agencies at scale on export, and build an enablement program on expansion around the digital advertising market, using your technical product aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop relationships with Partner C-levels to serve as a trusted consultant to accelerate our international service offering. Understand our customers’ objectives and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export business recommendations.
  • Identify high-impact export opportunities within a portfolio based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop export growth narratives and approaches to drive export growth for your assigned portfolio of partners.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to manage support from expansion strategy to campaign execution.
