Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in Google Ads.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in performance industries or Education, Auto Industry.
  • Experience in sales or business ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on the top one quickly.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As an Account manager, you will partner closely with the clients Large Customer Sales (LCS) portfolio to help and provide integrated, cross-platform tech and Google AI advertising solutions according to their Client Business Objectives (CBOs).

In this role, you will develop and manage relationships directly with clients in the most exciting and dynamic industry for travel (e.g., clients of Airlines, Online Travel Agency (OTA), Automotive (e.g., used cars and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and Education industry.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth and identify and promote the best opportunities for the accounts in automotive, travel and verticals.
  • Own and manage day-to-day accounts across AI Plays, Search/Profit, Display, DV360 and YouTube including relationships, status calls, ad hoc requests from agencies and clients.
  • Achieve business-facing metrics across our account portfolio utilizing sales to drive product adoption and efficiency. Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
  • Participate in building our culture, engaging in opportunities to foster an inclusive team environment.
