Business Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst, AppDev, RSO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with strategic thought leadership and the ability to drive sales excellence and improve Go-to-Market models.
  • Ability to drive quantitative analysis (using SQL/ other analytical tools), distill insights and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and lead projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.

About the job

The Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) Team: we help build and guide the strategic focus areas of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales team, with the goal of driving stronger growth and productivity. By working hand-in-hand with GCS Sales leadership and cross functional teams, RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible impact for the sales teams and our customers.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to be in a Global team, based out of Singapore, working with stakeholders and shaping the GTM strategy across AMER, EMEA and APAC AppDev. As part of the AppDev Business Operations and Chief of Staff team, you will be responsible for shaping the goal for the program globally, while having a front row seat to the dynamic and evolving trends in the fast growing Apps space. This role is highly collaborative and dynamic, working with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and across Global and Regional teams in order to sustain the hyper growth of the Apps business.

Responsibilities

  • Support critical Business Operations and Chief of Staff functions globally for AppDev RSO; navigate and influence global AppDev sales teams on priority initiatives as well as execution of the broader business strategy.
  • Proactively gather critical market insights, lead cross-functional processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to evolve the AppDev Program and Sales Enablement strategy.
  • Conduct analysis of complex datasets and models to influence go-to-market (GTM) strategies, evaluate business drivers and operating metrics.
  • Drive operational excellence for our AppDev sales teams through management of the global business operations including strategic planning and OKR setting and tracking. Manage and maintain ongoing ‘rhythm of the business’ deliverables.
  • Develop compelling data-driven narratives, data visualizations, and business recommendations for senior stakeholders and contribute to executive level presentations.
