SAP Sales Specialist

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS sales or consulting.
  • 5 years of experience with SAP applications and positioning (e.g., S/4 HANA, ERP, BW, Hybris, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience with enterprise customer sales.
  • Experience working towards strategic goals.
  • Experience with the SAP technology stack and deployment options in the cloud.
  • Experience with sales management and regional leadership in SAP and SAP ecosystem partners.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
  • Ability to present to and influence C-suite stakeholders.

In this role, you will be a solutions sales executive, overlaying to our direct enterprise sales organization, and working closely with our largest customers to help them shape their cloud strategy and enable their digital transformation. As a member of the Google Cloud team, you'll focus on customers with SAP workloads on the Google Cloud Platform. You will advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve goals related to the success of SAP for GCP, covering SAP migrations, SAP Data and Analytics, and GenAI. Generate a plan to ensure broad engagement with accounts and territories, and develop strategies to accelerate business growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Google Account teams, SAP counterparts, and partners to drive demand and build a robust pipeline. Drive regular cadence with GCP, SAP, and partner leadership to ensure health of the business.
  • Provide guidance to Marketing and partners to develop campaigns, and plan and execute Google Cloud-lead SAP events.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influencing long-term strategic direction and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute a SAP partner development strategy collaborating with the Partner Development Organization.
