Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, gTech

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with web technologies and the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Ability to collaborate, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various customer stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding support onto Privacy Sandbox services.
  • Develop scalable support / escalation processes and technical documentation that enable vendor support.
  • Triage questions, feature requests and issue reports that ecosystem players provide via our public channels. 
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with other gTech teams to provide consolidated technical and business feedback to product teams.
  • Deliver technical solutions that facilitate support scaling via automation and tooling.
