Accelerated Growth Consultant, Google Customer Solutions (English, Italian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will establish key strategic relationships and accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands. You will provide client service, research, and market analysis that enables companies to become market leaders. You will work to explore and uncover the business needs of Google clients, develop an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business. You will define their goals, broadening the scope of what they can achieve, alongside developing and implementing transformational digital growth strategies to take their business to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in close partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
