Minimum qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in supply chain management with emphasis on functional roles in procurement, planning, fulfillment or operations.
- 3 years of vendor management experience in support, operations or customer experience organization.
- 3 years of industry experience in reducing transportation, fulfillment and inventory costs through the application of models.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Experience managing third-party transportation providers.
- Experience with International trade via inland ports.

- Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for a portfolio of partners.
- Work across multiple teams to align delivery dates with need by dates at origins and destinations.
- Support cross-functional transportation initiatives.
- Track execution tasks, understand permit process and transit times to deliver efficiency.
- Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of each carrier.
