Service Delivery Manager, Ads Content and Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
  • 7 years of experience working in domestic and international environments managing vendors (i.e., suppliers, manufacturers) or Third-Party Logistics.
  • 5 years of experience managing operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional, cross-geographical stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver for long, short, and medium-term priorities of the business.
  • Ability to consistently deliver business transformation programs in a fast paced and dynamic environment, work through ambiguity, across multiple technology partners

The gTech Ads Content Operations and Testing (ACOT) team is Google's Center of Excellence for Ads through Expert Raters in Content Operations, Quality Enforcement, Testing, and Human Evaluations. Through its deep expertise in scaled operations management, program management, and data-driven insights that span the entire product lifecycle, ACOT plays a pivotal role in bringing new ads products to market, ensuring the quality of users’ experiences with ads, and driving business growth. We oversee a global operation that powers Ads’ shift to adopting AI across its portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations, track metrics, and meet goals. Lead vendor management. Maintain processes and train to reduce costs without impacting quality. Optimize resources and eliminate waste. Explore automation and consolidation.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements, service-level agreements, and policies. Manage budgets. Drive operational improvements for Google.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across Google and vendors. Facilitate clear communication and act as an escalation point.
  • Manage service delivery and work with executive stakeholders. Make efficient decisions and lead change.
  • Use product and business insights to drive operations and scaling strategy. Launch new workflows and ensure readiness. Balance operational and business goals.
