Regional Product Lead, Diversification and YouTube Ads, PSA

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to structure a compelling story-line and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic or Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

About the job

Our team sits within GCS Product and Sales Activation (PSA), and is responsible for creating and scaling YouTube's marquee ad solutions for EMEA SMBs. We are the product and business experts supporting thousands of GCS Googlers, leaders and advertisers across EMEA.

We are also responsible for leading GTM initiatives with the to goal deliver Design Verification (DV) depth (YouTube) business to GCS EMEA.

In this role, you will drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements for our group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to co-pitch on a Named Account List (NAL) of DV depth opportunities and support Mid Market Sales (MMS) LeadGen Sales Managers on delivering their quarterly YouTube business tar goals.
  • Advocate for YouTube and DemandGen products internally, be internally motivated to upskill yourself constantly, and become an industry expert to gauge our solutions' standing in the Competitive Social Market.
  • Educate GCS sellers through at-scale trainings, workshops and partnership with sales leadership.
  • Support customer events in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.
  • Explain complex topics with relative ease, to resonate with C-level stakeholders or executive audiences internally.
