Strategic Partner Development Associate (Portuguese and English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry, and as a YouTube creator, or working with partners or creators.
  • Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development.
  • This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Portuguese and English with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights and translate it to an actionable way.
  • Ability to handle objection, manage sensitive communication, and negotiations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes.
  • Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to meet broader Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
  • Ideate and drive agreements with potential partners, renewals/expansions for existing partners, and build consensus with internal and external executives.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
