Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Creative is the largest driver of campaign ROI, and the rise of AI is fundamentally reshaping the creative landscape, presenting a pivotal opportunity for advertisers, Google and the creative tech partner ecosystem. By helping advertisers diagnose their creative health opportunities, we will accelerate their ability to create more effective ads, drive their business objectives, and grow Google/YouTube business.

In this role you will be in charge of identifying gaps in customers’ creative best practices, developing an understanding of their creative challenges, and supporting sales teams to navigate and pitch the right creative solutions to meet their customers’ needs. Furthermore, you will lead the Creator Marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for brands to collaborate with the YouTube creator ecosystem and AI-powered solutions. This includes advising on campaigns with creator-led content, leveraging creator marketing tools to streamline partnerships, and empowering sales teams to pitch authentic creator stories as a key driver of audience engagement and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver data-driven pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization, driving advertisers to adopt best practices, and use creative product solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the full suite of creative product solutions, including first-party ads tools in Google Ads and GMP, GenAI consumer applications, Cloud GenMedia, gTech offerings and third-party creative tech partners.
  • Identify gaps in creator marketing and develop tailored strategies for brands to collaborate effectively with the YouTube creator ecosystem.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide market-to-product feedback regarding creator tools and AI features, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.
