Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing c-level executives, managers and promoters.
  • Experience pitching and activating Measurement solutions across a sales organisation, or an understanding of our GCS organisation and how to activate promoter on products.
  • Ability to set own Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), prioritize and allocate resources to highest impact initiatives and projects.
  • Excellent thought leadership and structured problem solving skills, with the ability to work on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with promoters and customers to identify opportunities associated with potential business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for their business and marketing challenges.
  • Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Work with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret and study results showing Google’s impact to customers.
  • Partner with sales to position Google results against the client's marketing objective and to drive conversations about growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global Product and Solutions Activation (PSA) to identify key challenges to unlock growth and develop scalable solutions across industry challenges and roll out such solutions in the region, develop trainings to drive promoter knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Global PSA to define and evolve client maturity curve, considering multiple products to be used as a basis for engagement model.
