- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with cyber security incident response processes, tools and engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience evaluating forensic reports of, packet capture, log data, malware triage, or enterprise-level information security operations.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Conduct in-depth investigations of Cloud security and privacy incidents, analyzing various data sources to assess risk and impact and communications with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects and escalations with competing priorities, ensuring alignment between Cloud and central processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert across various security domains, understanding how threats interact between systems and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Google, including legal, engineering, and communications teams.
- Investigate impact of incidents on Google Cloud customers to determine if new detection or compromise notifications are necessary.
