Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a digital advertising, mobile marketing, analytics or consulting role.
- Experience in the Apps ecosystem (e.g., Google App campaigns or App growth marketing or App product management).
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in digital advertising, mobile marketing or analytical or consulting role.
- Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including mobile attribution partners, SDK and conversion tracking (Firebase/GA4).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

As an AppDev Digital Marketing Strategist (DMS), you will work collaboratively with our App Sellers to solve complex client-level problems as well as increase the App maturity of our advertisers in AppDev (GCS). You will operate as a trusted advisor, providing technical and consultative direction to our highest opportunity GCS customers, using a range of App optimization services to drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities
- Analyze client performance data to identify growth opportunities, recommending specific App optimization strategies to meet customer business objectives.
- Partner closely with App sellers to align on account plans, ensuring a unified approach to servicing high-potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advanced app-related challenges and guiding clients on best practices for App campaigns.
- Stay at the forefront of the mobile app ecosystem and Google’s evolving ad solutions; translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for clients.
- Document and share client success stories, create optimization playbooks and contribute to the broader knowledge base to elevate the expertise of the wider GCS team.
