Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in pipeline management and sales funnel management.
- 3 years of experience leading or mentoring sales or delivery teams.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support the client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience leading teams with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Understanding of how the C-suite plans and manages profit and loss for their business and how Google platforms can shape their approach to drive sustainable growth at scale.
- Understanding of the media or ads agency ecosystem.
- Diverse cultural understanding, and comfortable working with diverse regional and global teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing business teams and working towards targets.
About the job
As part of the Kick Start team at Google, you will focus on driving customer long-term sustainability for our large customers. In this role, you will work with our Google Customer Solutions and the Onboarding Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. As a Sales Lead, you'll lead and coach high-performing account strategists teams to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the New Business Sales (NBS) sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against targets and activity for your portfolio of clients.
- Manage and coach teams to deliver excellent performance, develop their digital marketing expertise, and build productive client partnerships.
- Own Agency and cross-functional sales relationship for your markets. Ensure smooth turn overs and a Googley customer experience.
- Provide career coaching/performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis.
- Lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for our customers.
