Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or market insights role.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital ads marketing and video ads sales.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through storytelling with data.

The Go-to-Market Operations is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Google Business Organization. The team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively.

As the Business Intelligence Lead for YouTube Asia-Pacific, you will inform our decision-making, transforming data into the insights that guide our business forward. You will be responsible for building the foundation that powers our regional strategy, tracking performance across all video solutions and markets to uncover key trends and business opportunities. Working with the leaders, Go-to-Market Operations, and in-market Specialist teams, you will craft the data-driven narratives for our most critical executive forums. This is an opportunity to influence the trajectory of YouTube's business in Asia-Pacific and make an impact through the power of data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Asia-Pacific YouTube Business Intelligence function, with a focus on turning data into insights to power business strategy and business growth.
  • Develop and manage frameworks and dashboards to track business performance, product adoption, and the impact of regional activations across all Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Partner with the leadership to deliver data-driven narratives and recommendations for key executive engagements, including business calls.
  • Build and nurture the cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders, including the in-market specialists and Sales Finance, to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Conduct analysis of business and product performance across all video solutions to identify key trends, business opportunities, and potential challenges for the region.
