Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on application architecture and full stack development, in a customer-facing or consulting role.
- Experience with modern application development and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with designing and modernizing secure application architectures, including integrating security best practices, mitigating potential vulnerabilities, and architecting scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Experience understanding customer requirements, breaking them down into actionable components, and designing technical architectures to meet those needs.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and building consensus around complex technical projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for building rapid prototypes to demonstrate innovative solutions.

As a Senior Solutions Acceleration Architect, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge prototypes, demonstrating the transformative power of data, advanced analytics, and software engineering to solve complex business challenges for our customers. You will play a key role in mentoring team members and contributing to the strategic direction of our solution-building efforts.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Drive iterative development cycles to refine and optimize these solutions, ensuring alignment with specific business requirements and showcasing the transformative power of data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives. Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Establish and promote innovative best practices and methodologies for data-driven applications, contributing to industry thought leadership through publications, presentations, and community engagement.
- Utilize a variety of technologies and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.) to build full-stack prototypes, including front-end interfaces, back-end logic, and database integration.
- Work cross-functionally to influence Google Cloud strategy and product direction.
