Performance Specialist, Large Customer Sales

  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in search and performance advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, AI, or marketing role.
  • Knowledge of the role search and Performance Max plays in the performance marketing funnel.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client engagement.

About the job

As a Performance Specialist you will be part of a team dedicated to helping Large Customer Sales (LCS) grow their business using Google Ad solutions, measurement, and services. You will advise on product adoption and how to help advertisers transform their budgeting approach. You will help partners achieve their business and marketing goals, and serve as an advocate for Google performance solutions across LCS. You'll consult with customer stakeholders and LCS account teams to deliver solutions and insights (from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews) that help partners deliver objectives and grow their business with Google.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges, and design performance solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
  • Apply knowledge of search and performance products to help unlock growth for advertisers, aligned with their business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue search and apps growth opportunities across advertisers, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve business and marketing goals, utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite in app advertising.
  • Contribute to the development of performance solutions by partnering with product leads in the EMEA region to provide feedback to products on customer objections.
