Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience leading marketing and experiential design projects or work streams
- 5 years of experience working with senior stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds assessing customer pain points, crafting narratives, and collaborating on demo development
- 3 years of experience as a creative director
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with or for enterprise customers as creative/design lead, preferably in the technology space
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, and other creative tools
- Experience working in EMEA and APAC
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
About the job
As Creative Strategist, Demos and Experiences, you drive overall creative strategy — visual, verbal, and experiential – for our customer engagement spaces. In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing, overseeing, and maintaining the strategic vision for a portfolio of executive customer engagement centers designed to accelerate customer digital transformation with Google Cloud. You'll conceive and execute a holistic strategy articulating the Cloud Space Program's point of view on experiential customer journeys. You’ll enable these customer journeys by creating an approach to defining, designing and deploying digital and physical content at scale across global centers. You will lead creation of experiential spaces, industry and business demos, and help develop storytelling narratives for customer impact. Critically, you will partner across Google Cloud and Alphabet to bring the latest and greatest technical breakthroughs, demos, and experiences to life in our global Cloud Space facilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and concept a unified immersive experience content strategy for our global centers (screens, spaces, exhibits), while guiding team members to execute on that vision.
- Drive connections and stakeholdership across Google Cloud and Alphabet, ensuring that Cloud Space delivers business critical and business generating experiences and demos.
- Partner with creative agencies and internal business teams to create and execute innovative ideas with lasting impact on the brand, scaling content across our global footprint.
- Partner with teams to identify, amplify, and adapt existing and emerging stories crafted for one medium and area of the business to the Cloud Space customer and built environment.
