Incrementality Regional Product Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in Ads Measurement.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience or understanding of Google’s media effectiveness offering, with passion for cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence teams to come together to deliver impact.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and countries.
  • Knowledge of Incrementality testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage projects within a large organization.
  • Ability to think strategically in analyzing the needs of clients and teams, with a proven track record in managing ambiguity that comes with projects.
  • Ability to take insights-to-recommendations and action, with excellent investigative skills and insights driven approach.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic EMEA voice for Incrementality, partnering with Global Product Leads (GPS) and Product Managers (PM) to ensure the 2026 and 2027 roadmap reflects and enables EMEA business priorities.
  • Act as the primary business partner to EMEA specialist sales, leveraging new solutions and initiatives to enable a change of mindset for sellers, from proving value of Google Media to scaling revenue.
  • Lead the commercialization of product launches, ensuring flawlessly executed training and communication on features enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compete resources to position Google’s media value and influence industry narrative.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to help drive scalability by providing different tiers of support in the execution of tests.
