Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in cloud-based software development.
- 3 years of experience in team management.
- Experience in C++, Go, Python, or Java.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in distributed systems, system design, relational databases, and cloud.
- Experience in distributed database management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team to foster growth and collaboration.
- Solve complex distributed systems challenges to ensure seamless migrations.
- Drive global impact by scaling Spanner adoption for businesses worldwide.
- Define strategy and technical direction for migration tooling.
- Partner with Principal Engineers and Executive Team Leads on core technical initiatives.
