As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Transformation and Strategy team leads strategic initiatives that transforms data center hardware NPI deployment processes and machine quality to drive time-to-market acceleration and reduce overall deployment and operational service costs.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life-cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and communicating goals to project stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive NPI deployment and quality transformation strategies for large-scale initiatives, including cost reduction, deployment velocity and first pass yields.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine deployment improvement activities into program roadmaps.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advocate change management and its integration into hardware deployment and quality transformation.
