About the job

YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering our service models for our Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive sustainable partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team will work closely with Business, Product and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner and consumer segments. The core capabilities of the team include innovating and gaining alignment on our partner and consumer service models — who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized — defining measures of success (impact, productivity, ROI), enabling change management with frontline teams and developing pilots to test new frontline models.

In this role, you will be responsible for EMEA regional go-to-market activities including: deeply understanding the diverse set of partner needs across TV, film & sports partners, music labels & publishers, creators, news publishers, etc, working with Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and YouTube partners across the EMEA to improve partner sales efforts, and aggregating feedback from SPMs, partners, and the industry at large to inform proposed improvement to our partner sales ads capabilities.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.

Responsibilities

  • Set the EMEA go-to-market strategy for partner sales, aligning with product and business priorities while influencing cross-functional senior stakeholders to drive execution.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Content teams to shape product roadmaps, craft launch communications, and synthesize global market feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive insight reports that identify top user/partner issues and business opportunities to guide product team prioritization.
  • Manage C-level presentations for major program updates, oversee agreement evaluation and internal approval processes, and lead cross-functional working groups to track project optimization.
