Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with research protocols and safety regulations in a lab setting.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning including aggregating supply/demand and other functions that help plan sourcing, production, and delivery requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams in an industry lab (e.g., hardware research facility or semiconductor fabrication).
- Experience with electronic, RF, semiconductor, or cryogenic materials and properties.
- Experience with CAD software, using databases for traceability and configuration management.
- Experience with Product Life-cycle Management and Materials Execution Systems.

You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage hardware component and fabrication supply chain, demand forecasting, and inventory management in an industrial mechanical engineering, low-volume manufacturing, prototyping environment.
- Manage qualification of new vendors and processes and continuous monitoring of ongoing operations.
- Contribute to Product Life-cycle Management and configuration management of cryogenic hardware.
- Oversee and provide day-to-day direction to extended team members for inventory management and lab operations.
