Head of App Specialists, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team.
  • Experience working with App ads or performance advertisers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of Google's products and services.
  • Ability to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and executive level influencing.
  • Track record of success in sales or account management.

In this role, you will be a thought leader in the App ecosystem, acting as a seller with the capability to convince clients, partners and internal direct sellers on the value of an evolving Web and App ecosystem and grow Google app advertising business. You will have excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of our solutions and act as a trusted advisor to train and motivate internal teams and a record of success in delivering against sales goals. You will be responsible for understanding the functionality and effectiveness of App solutions needed in the Southeast Asia market, encouraging product development to regional Go-to-Market (GTM) and product manager, and advancing Google's solutions.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Product and GTM leadership to define the app priorities and sales strategy for Large Customer Sales (LCS) across Southeast Asia. Identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field, influencing product strategy accordingly.
  • Set the Apps product and revenue ambition for the organization in Southeast Asia. Run the product-to-market and market-to-product feedback loop to ensure the team meets the revenue and customer goals.
  • Be an integral player within the LCS organization, leading discussions with customer stakeholders to drive apps business growth. Launch scalable activation programs in the market to drive product adoption.
  • Drive beta tests with emerging products, and recommend ways to test, launch, and learn. Equip sales teams with training, case studies, and insights to drive business growth.
  • Build a high-performing, various team that drives exceptional results.
