Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with sales/operations management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience in leading teams across different product areas, with knowledge of the advertising and media landscape.
  • Knowledge of the technology and advertising industry, with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to lead sales teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present ideas to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure success, and support a culture of innovation, collaboration, and teamwork within the team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the region, identify new opportunities and drive business growth, representing Google at industry events and conferences, and speak to customers and partners about products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Google, including product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align on strategic priorities and ensure consistent execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and metrics, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance.
