Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in client management and sales or a related role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with both local clients and APAC partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, ad business generation, publishing, online services, or ad sales.
- Knowledge of the gaming/apps ecosystem, including globalization trends, online advertising, and business generation strategies.
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with individual publishers and organizations.
- Proven track record of separately identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities.

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including AdSense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) New Business team is within the Google Sellside team, focused on expanding and enriching Google's advertising ecosystem. We specialize in acquiring premium ad inventory from a diverse range of publishers across various formats (display, video, search, etc.) and industries (gaming, commerce, entertainment, IoT, SaaS, etc.). We leverage AdMob, AdSense, and Google Ad Manager to connect publishers with Google's powerful business generation solutions and more.

We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with high-potential publishers across various formats (display, video, search) and industries (gaming, commerce, entertainment, SaaS).
- Engage with C-level publishers/developers, build relationships, and provide advice to drive their business growth.
- Help publishing and developer partners leverage Google's business generation solutions to achieve their full potential. Promote industry insights and optimization strategies to maximize their business and reach.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop acquisition strategies and industry plans to drive continued growth for Google Sellside.
- Work cross-functionally within Google Sellside and across the wider Google organization to achieve shared goals and deliver results.
