Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience in developing customer strategies and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in video solutions, including knowledge of the competitive landscape.
- Experience with project management, leading operational initiatives and working with television/social planners/buyers, brand developers, and agencies.
- Understanding of Video industry, a goal for its growth, and commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
- Ability to manage an operational cadence around YouTube/Video business pacing and pipeline (including Deals and Upfront).
- Ability to partner with sales pods to enable/build and foster long-term executive brand level relationships with television budget owners and decision makers, including CMO and other C-level contacts as well as agency counterparts.

The Integrated Sector (IS) Video team drives YouTube sales, strategy and seller enablement in partnership with LCS pods and Sector leadership. The broader team works across variety of top US brands in Telecom, Travel, Health and Financial Services.
In this role, you will focus on our Financial Services Central and West. You will lead video strategy and activation to deliver growth across focused accounts. You will drive accountability to the business by persistently exploring and uncovering business opportunities, developing industry go-to-market plays, and partnering with teams to grow our YouTube business. Your knowledge of traditional and online media, combined with your team player mentality and sales drive, will shape how our existing video business grows. You bring a passion for YouTube and video advertising solutions that inspires and motivates both internal and external stakeholders.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to provide YouTube business growth driving support, through industry/business knowledge, product expertise and go to market strategy.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive YouTube business growth.
- Close high growth annual video agreements to deliver against customers’ business objectives, unlocking commercial value.
- Manage project key video initiatives and communications to ensure consistent and well executed deployment.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and product based on business rationale, advertiser needs and business growth opportunity for the sector.
