Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with product management, technical program management, or engineering.
- 5 years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience with product management, technical program management, or engineering.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with software and hardware product launches and new product introductions.
- Experience launching and managing enterprise software applications and master data systems.
- Ability to develop executive ready communications and influence cross-functional leadership including stakeholders.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Machine Learning Deployment Acceleration, you will be accelerating Google's machine learning infrastructure deployment. You will improve processes, systems, and communications for execution across teams like Engineering, Operations, and Finance. You will drive executive and customer-facing communications, providing technical direction, and facilitating decision-making to achieve results. You will have experience in Hardware/Software product launches, enterprise applications, and customer engagement. You will lead and influence executives and manage projects in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader within Google and industry on the subject-matter domain of the respective organization.
- Establish a schedule for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management, whereby improvements and the impact can be felt organization wide.
- Drive program performance gains correlated to execution velocity.
- Be a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
- Lead planning framework for a program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.
