Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), data analysis, and SQL/MySQL.
- 12 years of experience managing projects and doing technical troubleshooting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing within global organizations with a product portfolio, complex workflows and a widely varied workforce.
- Experience in leading through ambiguity and making decisions by uncovering underlying issues patterns and applying structured frameworks.
- Experience in driving data organization and governance to create accurate, useful data.
- Expertise in large Ads ecosystems, Customer Systems and technical solutions integrations.

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for the key stakeholders within Google’s Ads ecosystem on the Data and Tools front through close collaboration with the business sponsors and the technical delivery teams.
- Develop and own an integrated roadmap translating the Data and Tools strategy into a technical delivery plan by understanding the business needs and defining the right solutions.
- Collaborate closely with gTech Ads group, gSO and gAPT to create an annual plan along with clear action items and owners.
- Align the current short-term tactical goals with the long-term goals to create a roadmap devoid of business disruptions.
- Work with technical development teams to ensure the strategy is developed and launched across various organizations with effectiveness and success.
