Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC implementation or experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
- Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering within a data center environment.
- Experience in construction management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical field.
- PE License, RA License, Chartered Engineer License or equivalent technical professional license or certification.
- Experience managing data center design and in product development.
- Experience with data center specific or equivalent equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, building controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems, with a working understanding of start-up/commissioning processes.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, with a knowledge of design processes, procurement, and work package planning.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple, simultaneous data center design projects from detailed design through construction administration, closeout, and handover to operations.
- Create and manage strategies for the execution of designs that leverage a standard baseline plan of record, and manage strategy for projects that require deviation from the baseline design (due to environmental, code, or other localization aspects).
- Gather internal requirements, generate potential options, present to the leadership team, and deliver design solutions that satisfy customers' needs.
- Overcome critical challenges while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines, quality, and costs, and managing a cross-functional set of stakeholders.
