Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with content modeling or working with AI content generation tools.
  • Experience working with product operations teams.

The PX Digital First Team drives People Ops transformation goal of helping Googlers resolve at least 70% of their HR queries via self service. We’re a team of UX content strategists, program managers, and content editors who use data to create great content and experiences for our fellow employees. Through our self-service channel, My Google, we provide helpful answers, high-quality content, and seamless entry points to the HR systems and tools that Googlers use for performance management, requesting time off, making the most of their benefits, and more.

We're seeking an applicant to lead the successful creation, rollout, and adoption of modular content models, user journey taxonomies, and Large Language Model QA frameworks to enable AI tools across My Google and other service delivery channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, maximize efficiency gains, and drive content excellence with AI. This is not a writing, web content management, or content marketing role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a modular content model to optimize content discoverability, improve efficacy of AI tools, and drive personalized experiences for multiple user types.
  • Partner with Editorial, UX, and technology teams to guide implementation of AI-first content strategies in our Content Management System.
  • Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans to bring your strategies to life, defining milestones, addressing dependencies, and bringing key stakeholders along for the journey.
  • Employ change management best practices to facilitate user adoption, conduct training, and navigate potential resistance to new tools and processes.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicator and user feedback to continuously improve the teams functionality, identifying opportunities.
