Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, within a hardware or software engineering environment.
  • 3 years of experience negotiating complex compensation packages and facilitating applicants in a competitive tech talent market.
  • Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter in Platforms and Devices (P&D), you are building the teams that are transforming computing to empower everyone. P&D is a unique intersection of hardware, software, and AI, where we combine the best of Google’s intelligence with the devices people use every day.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across a different set of client groups including Android Ecosystem and Chrome, Devices and Services, Apps, Information, and Research (AIR), Real-time Video Object Segmentation (RVOS), Photos and Google One, SREs, Commercial and Strategy Operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles), from initial intake and market mapping to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Execute advanced sourcing and creative strategies for unique fields, from specialized hardware and silicon engineering to Kernel development and AI/ML software engineering.
  • Use recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, optimize hiring health, and provide actionable recommendations to hiring managers.
