Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • 2 years of experience working with engineering, product teams, or executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's in Science.
  • Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
  • Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to co-pitch on a Named Account List (NAL) of top Deep Value (DV) depth opportunities and support 2-3 MMS LeadGen sales managers on delivering their quarterly YouTube revenue targets.
  • Be able to explain complex topics with relative ease, while tweaking your style to resonate with C-level stakeholders or executive audiences internally.
  • Help realize our go-to-market activation strategies for diversification to drive customer growth.
  • Advocate for YouTube & DemandGen products internally, be internally motivated to upskill yourself constantly, and become an industry expert to gauge our solutions' standing in the competitive social market.
  • Work cross-functionally and regionally (including but not limited to global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, CSA, IGT, GMP and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
