Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in business intelligence and data visualization.
- Experience in SQL and data analytics tools or reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, Snowflake).
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working in a data analytics development environment, with supply chain applications, through the project life-cycle.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in machine learning, ML data management, and tooling.
- Experience in leading development of analytics automation for one or more of supply chain verticals (e.g., planning, logistics, procurement, order management, etc.).
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI techniques, and applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG—Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarity with ML/AI model-based solutions.

The Data and Analytics Services (DAS) team is a data hub for the Platforms and Devices (P&D) organization. Our mission is to empower the Devices organization with timely and accurate data. We build and manage the centralized data warehouse, creating data pipelines and analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform. We are committed to upholding data quality, governance, and best practices, ensuring that data is a reliable and transformative asset for all of P&D.
In this role, you will drive Technical Program Management and agile execution to deliver critical business intelligence initiatives. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will manage technical road maps and prioritize feature requests. Your core focus will be building powerful business insights, managing data pipelines, and overseeing the delivery of BI dashboards and reports utilizing platforms like Looker and Tableau. Furthermore, you will leverage GenAI solutions to automate insights, accelerate data-driven decision-making, and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment across the Devices and Services ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams to drive feature request prioritization, manage technical roadmaps, and oversee the program tracking and management.
- Oversee project execution using agile methodologies, including scrum and sprint management, to ensure the timely delivery of key data initiatives.
- Manage the delivery of business intelligence dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate, timely, and accessible data visualization for stakeholders.
- Manage the development and deployment of GenAI solutions to solve business problems and accelerate data-driven decision-making.
- Strengthen communication and visibility across business stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams, acting as a trusted partner to ensure alignment and seamless cross-functional execution.
