As a Creative Lead for Canada Large Customer Sales, you will influence some of Canada’s leading marketers to unlock the transformative potential of Google products and AI to solve their most pressing brand and business issues. You will be a collaborator, working in partnership with Google client teams to deliver impactful, AI-powered marketing services to key clients and their agencies. You will be a key point of contact and innovative creative solutions, helping clients, agencies and influencer teams unlock the value of Creators by providing expert guidance on partnership strategies and creative best practices. You will inspire and leading impactful, actionable creative strategies, ensuring the success of customer communications through creative excellence, as a key advantage to drive growth through variety and effectiveness.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 138,000-141,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to identify growth opportunities, aligning innovative creative solutions with client business objectives while fostering internal and external relationships.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations on creative best practices and AI tools, acting as an advisor to optimize ad performance and influence digital spend across portfolios.
  • Craft creative strategies and deliverables from Request for Proposal (RFPs) to video investment plans, using an approach to assessments that inspires client commitments.
  • Present innovative creative solutions to C-level executives and industry audiences, positioning as a primary thought leader to influence Canada’s top marketers.
  • Advice on Creator partnerships, maximizing campaign performance and value to ensure clients effectively leverage evolving digital ecosystems and various social platforms.
