Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience with technical concepts such as data modeling, systems architecture, integration patterns, and security.
- Experience in driving projects to completion on their own.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a changing technology environment.
- Experience in Real Estate or Workplace Services business domains.
- Ability to drive for improvement with a solution-oriented mindset.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.With your technical expertise, you build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems. You also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to projects that support Google's third-party platforms, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into the company's operational framework. You will lead multiple programs that go beyond the immediate team, playing a critical role in shaping and optimizing business processes related to third-party systems. You will possess a understanding of business analysis principles and best practices, applying them to real world test.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical specifications via client shadowing. Manage stakeholders and understand the RASCI matrix.
- Define and drive projects by collaborating effectively with internal and external teams, managing vendors, and contributing to project roadmaps.
- Analyze data to draw conclusions and identify new opportunities. Consistently drive improvements in business analysis.
- Design solutions, including evaluating build vs. buy options.
- Demonstrate technical fluency in areas like data modeling and system design to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
